Kandara is a family-run guesthouse situated in a quiet and leafy residential road. The area is one of Islington's designated conservation areas.

We have free overnight street parking although there are some daytime restrictions. Contact us for details. We are outside the Congestion Charge Zone.

We are registered with Visit Britain (England's Official Tourist Body) and following their inspections, have been awarded a 3 star quality approval.

All our bedrooms have recently been redecorated and furnished. We have recently installed new flat screen televisions in all our bedrooms.

All rooms have a wash-basin and tea & coffee making facilities.

We welcome children of all ages. Cots and High chairs are usually available but it is advisable to pre-book if these are required.

Bathrooms are shared. We have 12 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (each with shower and toilet) plus 2 extra toilets. That's at least 1 bathroom for every 3 guests!

The guesthouse is centrally heated and completely non-smoking.

We welcome enquires from disabled customers and are happy for guests to contact us directly to discuss any additional requirements they have. Kandara is located in a 4 storey house with 5 steps leading up to the main entrance.

We provide secure cycle storage.
