Doubles: 2 persons / 1 large bed	£73.00 to £97.00
Twins:  2 persons / 2 single beds	£78.00 to £102.00
Triples:  3 persons / 1 large bed and 1 single bed	£86.00 to £110.00
Family rooms: 4 persons / 1 large bed and 2 single beds**	£94.00 to £118.00

  Rates are per room per night and 

  include a full English Breakfast

  and VAT.

  The price per night depends on the

length of stay.

** Family Rooms: we add an extra single bed into a triple room - this extra single bed   is smaller than normal and does make the room quite full.

Terms
A deposit must be paid in order to reserve your accommodation.  Any balance is payable on arrival.  In the event of cancellation, half (50%) of the deposit be refunded provided at least 7 days notice of cancellation is given.

Longer cancellation terms may apply to Christmas and New Year bookings, large bookings (more than 3 rooms) and London special events such as the 2012 Olympic Games.

1 to 6 nights: deposit of 1 night’s charge (per room)

7 to 13 nights: deposit of 2 night’s charge (per room)

14 nights plus: deposit of 3 night’s charge (per room)

Cheques are only accepted at least 21 days in advance of the arrival date. Please make payable to "Kandara Guest House".
