All our rates are fully inclusive of a Full English Breakfast and VAT.  Prices depend on the length of stay.

Terms
A deposit must be paid in order to reserve your accommodation.  Any balance is payable on arrival.  In the event of cancellation, the deposit (less an administrative charge of £20 per room) will be refunded provided at least 7 days' notice of cancellation is given.   Longer cancellation terms may apply to Christmas bookings and large bookings.

1 to 6 nights: deposit of 1 night’s charge (per room)

7 to 13 nights: deposit of 2 night’s charge (per room)

14 nights plus: deposit of 3 night’s charge (per room)
